Once you have worn your Hire Your Desire outfit to your event, no need to wash the dress we will take care of all that for you! Simply send it back to us using the return label provided. If there are any stains, no stress this is bound to happen when you’re having a good time! All we ask is you let us know what it is so it can be cleaned appropriately. If you are hiring a bag, to ensure it stays looking fabulous please handle with care. Treat the bag as your own, avoid overloading or rough handling, avoid exposure to moisture and if there are any marks after your event please let us know so we can clean appropriately. Please refer to our T&C’s for further information.
